THE NEXT DAY

AT MICHAEL'S POV:

I looked for some information and it seems that everything was going pretty well. Furnace seems like a good idea but now I need get blueprint for it. I think I should ask in guild for it. I need also take a look in town and find when and how I can get a bed to restore my health since its really necessery thing. Right now I was wondering how I could make a bed. Now I should look for some blueprints after I done eating. I wonder where I can find it. I might have to ask a guild leader. Surprisingly I even get a task about it.

Build a furnace and get coal. It will keep you warm.

"You look curious about something."One of members said.

"I need blueprints."I said.

"Try the tavern or merchant shop."She said. "Easiest don't cost more than 15 copper coins."She smiled.

"Thanks."I said.

"We team here, so of course."She said and I nodded.

It's good to see that all of us are working for same thing. To survive in this game.

"I am going to do it soon."I said.

----

In less than an hour I was able to find a needed shop. The air is filled with the warm scent of incense and the distant murmur of other customers exploring nearby stalls. As I step inside, a delightful chime from a small bell above the door announces my arrival. The merchant stands behind a polished wooden counter, ready to assist me. The room is a treasure trove of colors and textures, and I'm eager to explore.

As I got closer I decided to ask the merchant about it.

"Hello! I noticed you have some blueprints for sale. I'm interested in buying one."I said.

"Greetings, player! Of course, we have a selection of blueprints available. What kind of blueprint are you looking for today?"He said.

"I'm interested in a blueprint for a furnace Something fitted for a first level house to keep it warm."I said.

" It is a fine choice!"He said.

I see the shopkeeper reach under the counter and pull out a rolled-up blueprint.

"Here it is. It has the layout and construction details you'll need."He said.

"Great! How much does it cost?"I asked.

"It cost 15 copper coins. A fair price, don't you think?"He said.

"I think it's great. I like this and I hope we can do other business together. I can not wait to explore more from you."I said and gave him 15 copper coins.

"Excellent! Here's your blueprint."He said and gave it to me.

"I saw you have tasks for payment too. Can I have them avvialable."I asked.

"Of course. For omega, it will take a while to reach better payed ones, but I promise to send you from time to time. I am sure that now you can make your upgrades faster."He said.

"Can I ask something?"I asked.

"What is it?"He asked.

"I want a bed."I said.

"I don't have it, you need to get a bronze rank or F in the adventurer guild for it. If you get then they give it to you. That guild invites everyone who is brave."He said.

"I am grateful for this information," I said and left.

-----

As soon as I got home I checked out a blueprint and it seems that I can get easy most of stuff. I quickly was able to gather it. .

I started by placing a foundation of stone bricks on the ground, creating a solid base for the furnace. Carefully, I stack more bricks on top, forming the main body of the furnace. The pieces fit together snugly, creating a robust structure. I constructed a simple chimney on top of the furnace, allowing the smoke to escape. Now I needed some coal and it seems I need to burn wood for it. I going to need check out a forest for it. As soon as I packed the necesery stuff I left my safe zone to the nearby forest for a bit of search I was able to find some wood and even chest with some random stuff. Soon I hear a weird sound getting closer to me. My grip tightens on the hilt of my dagger, and I can feel the reassuring weight of my armor as I move through the underbrush. My eyes lock onto a pair of menacing, glowing eyes, and a growl fills the air. It is a weird looking fox that seems to have really sharp teeth. It also seems to be twice as big as in my world. The fox lunges, and I can see its gnashing teeth and sharp claws, gleaming with a deadly intent. I quickly block it and fight it back.

I manage to land a blow, and the creature howls in pain, a mix of anger and anguish. I an a few hits I mannage to kill it in the end. Victory! My heart continues to race, but now it's filled with triumph. I get stuff I able too from dead fox and head back home.

Inside home I was able to make needed coal and I sit down near furnace.

"Finally. The warmth is so nice."I mutter.

I see a new sign appearing in front of me.

Congrulations for making a furnace now you may cook soup and make yourself warm.

Next task: visit 'adventurer's guild.'

The icy winds outside chilled me to the bone, and I can't wait to find some warmth. I approach the sturdy furnace and add some coal to make my home warm. The ambient crackling of the fire added to the cozy atmosphere. With the bowl of soup in hand, I take a seat near the furnace. The aroma of the soup fills the air, and I am happy that I kept some food in my inventory. It was weird to keep food in my chest but it was a good thing. The little chest I have seems to be pretty useful and can act as a fridge too. It was time for me to finish warming up and return to the guild. The only thing I wish for right now is some rest before going to the adventurer guild tomorrow.

IN A FEW HOURS AT MICHAEL'S POV:As soon as we got back home I started to work on building a gunsmith. It's going to take some time, but surprisingly I have got almost everything here with me. Back at my crafting table, I lay out the materials I've gathered—wood, ore, and coal—ready to begin construction. With deft fingers, I fashion the wooden frame of my gun-making device, reinforcing it with metal bars for strength. With a flick of a switch, the flames roar to life in the furnace, casting an orange glow across the workshop. I load the furnace with ore and coal, watching as they melt and merge into molten metal. With careful precision, I pour the liquid metal into molds, shaping it into ingots that will form the basis of my firearms. "It looks pretty hard."Wanessa said."It is but I can do it."I said and smiled. As the components take shape, I lay them out on the workbench, ready for assembly. With practiced hands, I fit each piece together, the familiar click of metal on metal mus

AT THE SAME TIMEAT MICHAEL'S POV:The next day I decided to visit that campsite location. It was obvious that I was able to go there for a good reason. "I can't wait to explore every nook and cranny of this place. Who knows what hidden treasures or exciting quests we might stumble upon?"Wanessa said with excitement."Agreed! But let's not forget to watch our backs. With such breathtaking scenery, I wouldn't be surprised if there are some tough challenges ahead."I said with concern in my voice. "You so focused, Michael. I am sure that we are going to have fun while finishing those missions ahead of us."Ophelia said.I sighed and nodded a bit. She was not wrong about that. One of the things I like about this old game is those chalanges ahead. After a few more hours of walking, we finally reached a campsite location. It's one of those 'safe zones' so I got pretty excited about it. "Ah, finally, a moment of respite in this bustling safe zone. Look at all the shops and vendors lining t

AT THE SAME TIMEAT MICHAEL'S POV:I was shocked to see crow's removal task in everything. I thought it would be fallen ones or something."I know that you surprised, but they are pretty strong in the bigger amounts and cause a lot of trouble for us."Leader said."I understand, but why others don't do it?"I asked."They don't have team like yours and thinks it's too small pay. They are in a forest not so far away from here. I can tell you can keep feathers. Meat is good too if you want it."She said.I got disgusted to think eating crows meat, but I felt it could be useful one way or another."I do it."I said."Good job."She said and smiled."10 copper coins for normal one and 1 silver coin for silver crow."I know what forest she is talking about. It's Highlands. It's more similiar to the mountains, but I can see familiar stuff. "How much exactly do you need for this task be completed?"I asked."10 crows if you find normal colour or 5 silver ones."She said. "I understood."I said and

AT THE SAME TIMEAT MICHAEL'S POV: I noticed that we got everything ready to go there in quite a short amount of time. I think we are ready to go to that cave. As I walked deeper into the forest, the dense roof above cast dappled shadows on the forest floor, and a cool breeze whispered through the leaves, carrying the scent of pine and earth. Lost in thought, I was startled when a voice called out from behind."Hey there! Mind if I join you?" Wanessa's voice cut through the quiet, his footsteps crunching the fallen leaves as he caught up to me."Not at all," I replied, a smile tugging at the corners of my lips. "I was just enjoying the peacefulness of the forest." "Me too," Wanessa said, falling into step beside me. "There's something special about being surrounded by nature, isn't there?"I nodded in agreement, feeling a sense of camaraderie as we continued along the winding path. The forest seemed to embrace us, its ancient presence weaving a sense of wonder and awe around us."It

IN A MORNINGAT MICHAEL'S POV:It was pretty obvious that we are going to get attacked by 'fallen' tonight. I saw that we can finish house upgrades, so after eating I decided to do just that. Ophelia took care of the east side and Wnessa of vest side. I started looking for something to fight them off so I quickly went to my guild master."Fallen ones huh?"She asked."It seems that we are going to get attacked soon."I said."They are bad with fire and guns, but it's hard to get in such a short time. You can buy a weaker gun but it won't help much so you need to craft a dagger or something you can throw."He said."I think I do got a weapon from a last trip. It's big sword. I never used one before."I said.As soon as she saw it she nodded understandably. It seems that we got idea how I can fight back. "You got it when?"She asked."When I was looking for materials. It was time for me to get some information about Crossbow and it sounded like a good idea to get something like that."I heard it's pretty old place."Wanessa said."It is old, but I like it."I said."I can tell you like places like this. I think it's also because you enjoy working on things like that. It makes sense."Ophelia said."I guess you not so wrong about it."I said.I kept walking with them and soon we reached the library. It was like a first time, but I liked that about it. I knew already to go to look for some information. "We are here.
