"The next person please come forward and walk up the podium" Rosetta said with a calm face, as if she was speaking with business partners.

The ego Derrick used to leave the podium where the orb is, would make someone think that he just won a lottery, his chest was puffed out, he looked proud to the rest of the group, like someone who had lots of money to squander on the masses.

This made Carter snort before he walked up to the podium at the far end of the hall, where the orb was located.

He breathed in and then out before apparently closing his eyes for some seconds, before opening them again and then placing his hands on the orb, the orb glowed red (fire), blue (water), green (air), brown (earth) and finally purple (lightning).

When Carter saw this, he jumped up and turned to where the rest teenagers were, he then shouted "Hell yeah, eat that you suckers" this made the rest of the five teenagers frown.

The Mages were clapping, Darius added "He seemed stupid but quite talented, if he can be trained well he would be a fine mage"

"That's true the lightning attribute is a very special one, it can be used for multiple enemies and it packed quite a punch, defeating quite alot of enemies if used meticulously it could be a deciding factor in a war" High mage Walker said while placing his hands on his chin, looking like he was in deep thought, he didn't say that there are handful that could utilize the abilities of the lightning attribute fully because he felt the ones chosen aren't the same with the ordinary people of Alzdaar.

"Alright next person please come forward" they were all used to the casual tone of voice of Rosetta by now, Lily slapped her self on the cheek twice, before folding her hands into a fist, then breathed in and out before starting to walk up to the podium.

"Lily don't worry it would be fine" Ivy said to her when she was going, Lily only turned back and smiled, the smile was so refreshing, she looked so cute.

Lily got to the podium lifted her hands and placed it on the orb, the orb glowed again red (fire), green (air), blue (water), brown (earth), white (creation).

After Lily saw this, she breathed a sigh of relief, she didn't care about her attributes, but it seems if you didn't get a good talent here, you would be treated badly.

One of the high mages stood up, when he saw the creation magic, "Creation magic, one of the best attributes a mage can ever hope to have, the ability to create any inanimate object one could think of, with the appropriate mana needed, girl you are truly blessed" the quiet and most youngest high mage said, high mage Morbuis, he was looking at Lily like a predator who has found it's prey, this made Lily shiver unconsciously.

"Enough Morbuis, you are scaring the young girl, that's unlike you" Archmage Chandelier said, berating Morbuis who was acting unlike himself.

"Apologies Archmage, I have stepped out of line" Morbuis said before bowing before sitting back to his earlier position.

"Alright, you can go back, the next person should go up to the podium" said Rosetta.

Freya who was next went without even much of a distress, her face was void of emotions, she was back to default setting before getting to know Nicholas, her stoic attitude made most of the high mages raise a brow, she was an interesting one even during the test.

Freya went up to the orb and placed both her hands on the orb without hesitation, the orb glowed red (fire), blue (water), green (air), brown (earth), dark green (plant), lighter green (healing).

There were gasps in the air nearly all the high mages stood up with the exception of Darius, the Archmage and Rosetta who was already standing.

"Hohoho we have a rare talent in our midst, it seems all the chosen ones are very talented individuals" Archmage Chandelier said while laughing out loud, he seemed genuinely happy, there were healers with the light attribute who can perform healing and the nuns who provide divine healing in each of the gods temple, but getting the healing attribute was another thing all together which was extremely rare, and to top it off she had the plant attribute too it was so exciting.

"Hahaha we have a real talent too, but you all have to work hard to make your talent useful, talents without work is wasted" Selina who was always looking strict, said with a rare laugh.

"Yes, don't let having many attributes make you lose focus, don't be overly proud and let it get into your brain, you have to train hard, we would be relying on all of you from now on" the high mage Gragtos added.

The person in question Freya only nodded at the praises with a stoic expression before going down to the spot she left.

Rosetta was a little dumbfounded before she regained her self before saying "the next person should please go up to the podium"

Carter snorted why turning his head towards another direction, he felt like he was supposed to grab the limelight, but he was getting more and more forgotten by the minute.

Meanwhile Ivy wanted to boldly walk towards the podium as Freya, but the little shiver her body made from time to time couldn't escape the eyes of the people in the hall.

She breathed a long sigh before placing her hands on the orb.
