Chapter 1
Ethan’s morning began in the dim light filtering weakly through the curtains of his small apartment. Pale gold traced across the walls, revealing a cramped space, a secondhand couch, and a single photograph of a woman smiling faintly at the camera—Nancy, his wife, the woman he thought he knew. His phone vibrated violently on the table, jolting him from half-sleep.
“Nancy?” he answered.
“Ethan,” her voice cracked through the speaker, sharp and trembling, “come to St. Gabriel’s Hospital now. It’s my mother—she needs blood. O-negative. You’re the only match.”
He didn’t hesitate. Ethan never did when it came to her. He grabbed his jacket, shoved his phone into his pocket, and bolted for the door.
The streets were alive with the hum of morning traffic—vendors shouting, tires screeching, horns blaring. Ethan moved quickly, chest tight not from fear but from the strange sense that something was about to change.
At the corner of Bourdillon Street, a woman stepped out from the crowd and blocked his path. She was middle-aged, dressed in white, eyes shimmering with sorrow and recognition.
“Doctor Braxton?” she whispered.
Ethan froze. “I think you’ve got the wrong person.”
“No,” she stepped closer, her voice trembling. “You’re the Miracle Doctor. The one who saved the Prime Minister’s son three years ago. You disappeared after the accident. Don’t you remember?” she mumbled in one breath.
Ethan’s heartbeat stumbled. “I’m sorry,” he muttered, trying to move past her. “You’ve mistaken me for someone else.”
“You lost your memory,” she said urgently, clutching his sleeve. “You were attacked—your car exploded—everyone thought you died. But I knew you couldn’t just vanish.”
Her words scraped against the buried edges of his mind—a flash of white light, the roar of fire, the echo of screams.
He winced, clutching his head. “Stop… I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
The woman’s eyes filled with desperation. She pulled a small card from her purse and forced it into his hand. “When you’re ready to know the truth,” she said, voice trembling, “come find me. Leanna Cruz.”
Ethan didn’t look at the card. He turned away, breath unsteady, and ran toward the hospital, the card slipping from his fingers like a burden he wasn’t ready to bear.
St. Gabriel’s Hospital buzzed with chaos—nurses hurrying with stretchers, the air thick with antiseptic. Ethan spotted Nancy at the reception desk. She turned sharply as he approached, eyes red not from tears but from frustration.
“You’re late,” she snapped. “Do you even care that my mother’s dying?”
“I came as fast as I could,” he said softly.
Nancy crossed her arms. “Just go to the lab. They’re waiting for your blood,” she said, brushing him off as he came in for a hug.
He obeyed without argument. Within minutes, a nurse tied a strap around his arm, and dark crimson filled the collection bag—200 milliliters, then 400, then 600.
By the end, Ethan was pale, his vision swimming. “That’s enough,” he mumbled weakly.
But Nancy didn’t look at him. Her eyes were fixed on a tall man walking down the corridor in an elegant suit—Roy Kingston.
“Roy!” she called, voice suddenly sweet.
Roy’s grin widened as he approached. “Nancy, I heard about your mother’s condition. How can I help?” he blurted out too confidently.
Ethan watched, silent and fading, as Nancy’s demeanor shifted from cold contempt to warm charm. Roy’s cologne filled the air as he leaned close.
Then the doctor emerged from the ward, expression grim. “Mrs. Tilda’s condition is worsening,” he said. “At this point… only the Miracle Doctor could save her.”
The words hit Ethan like a lightning bolt. The Miracle Doctor. Again.
Roy’s chest puffed with pride. “Don’t worry, I’ll get him. Leave it to me.”
Nancy’s eyes gleamed with hope—and cruelty. She turned to Ethan, lips curling. “Guess you’re useless now,” she sneered.
Before Ethan could respond, Roy gave a subtle nod to the doctor.
“Draw some more blood,” the doctor said coldly. “We might need it.”
Ethan jerked his arm back. “No. You’ve already taken enough.”
Nancy’s voice rose. “Do as the doctor says, Ethan!”
He shook his head weakly, standing from the chair. “I said no.”
Nancy’s face hardened. “Hold him down,” she ordered.
Two nurses hesitated—but obeyed. Ethan struggled, dizzy, veins screaming as the needle pierced again. His breath hitched; the room spun. “Stop—” he gasped. Then everything went black.
When he opened his eyes, he was lying on a hospital bed, vision blurred, arm aching with an IV dripping into his vein. Through the glass door, he saw Nancy leaving with Roy, laughing softly. Her laughter cut through his chest like a blade.
Outside, somewhere in the pocket of his discarded jacket, a business card gleamed faintly under the light. Leanna Cruz.
When you’re ready to know the truth… Come find me.
Ethan’s eyes hardened. “Maybe,” he whispered, “it’s time I did.” He reached for the card, his forgotten past beginning to stir.

The Miracle Doctor Chapter 111
Braxton Tower was silent at night.Silent in a way that felt wrong, too still, too cold, too heavy. The medical wing, normally buzzing with healers, aides, and crystal monitors had been cleared for the night shift. Only a few dim lights glowed above the isolation corridor where Ethan lay.Leanna moved through the hallway like a shadow,no guards stopped her, they wouldn’t dare.Earlier that day, she had faced the Council without flinching. Hours before that, she had dragged Ethan out of a collapsing inferno with her bare hands. The people in the tower knew better than to stand in her way now.But even so… she moved quietly. As though any sound might disturb something fragile.Something important.Something she wasn’t ready to lose. She paused outside the sealed chamber door…the one marked with Ethan’s ID,her eyes softened at the sight of the glowing mark. A tiny pulse of gold shimmered beneath her skin, answering the rune instinctively. Her bond with him..whatever strange force had awakened

The Miracle Doctor Chapter 110
The Council chamber still hummed with the echo of Leanna’s declaration. The air felt chargedlike lightning had struck the room and hadn’t yet decided whether to stop burning.Torches flickered.Glasses trembled on the long obsidian table.Six elders, each centuries old, sat in stunned silence, and in the center of the chamber stood Leanna. Her shoulders were squared, her chin lifted, her eyes burning like a controlled wildfire. There was no shaking in her hands,no hesitation,no remorse. She looked like a queen of war, and they knew she wasn't afraid to wage one if it concerned Ethan.Elder Mara finally broke the silence. Her voice was dry, brittle, and barely steady.“You invoked an Ancient Right without summons… and against a sitting Council member.”Leanna didn’t blink.“Korrin endangered Ethan. And then he tried to kill him.”A ripple of uneasy whispering passed through the elders.Another elder stepped faring eyes glaring, fingers tapping slowly against the polished stone.“That is

The Miracle Doctor Chapter 109
Ethan drifted in and out of consciousness, caught between pain and something colder. He felt weightless..like someone had cut the world loose beneath him, then came the voices.Distant,Echoed,Urgent.“Pressure’s dropping!”“Stabilize the binding…NOW!”“He’s burning through the seal….he’s rejecting it!”Light flashed behind his eyelids, the sharp smell of burnt ozone filled the air.He tried to move, but he couldn’t.Something thick…like glowing tar held him to the treatment slab in Braxton Tower’s emergency chamber. He heard footsteps…rapid, heavy ones. Then a familiar voice“Move.”Victor.The kind of “move” that made even healers scatter.Ethan felt a hand on his chest….firm, grounding. Victor’s power flared, steady and steadying, wrapping around Ethan like a shield.“Ethan,” Victor breathed, leaning over him. “If you hear me, stay with us.”Another voice entered the chaos….Sebastian’s.“Vitals dipping again. He doesn’t have long unless we force the reversal.”“No,” Victor said sharply

The Miracle Doctor Chapter 108
The Council chamber was never meant to hold silence….certainly not this kind.It pressed against the carved pillars, seeped into the golden seams of the floor, and wrapped itself around the six elders like a living thing trying to strangle them.Leanna walked straight through it.Her boots clicked once, twice…then the doors slammed behind her with a sound that made Elder Mara flinch. Victor stood rigid beside the central dais, jaw tight, while Sebastian leaned in the shadowed corner, arms folded, eyes narrowed in anticipation.Leanna didn’t bow, didn’t greet them, didn’t pretend to care for their titles. She stared each of them down as if weighing their souls.Elder Corwin cleared his throat,“You were not summoned.”“No,” she agreed, voice steady. “I came on my own,and you’re going to listen.”A ripple moved through the table. None of them dared challenge her..not after the cracks she’d put in the courtyard stone when she arrived.Victor took a step forward. “Leanna…”“No.” She didn’t l

The Miracle Doctor Chapter 107
The door didn’t just break open,it exploded, tearing from its hinges and slamming into the far wall with enough force to crack it. Thick smoke and sparks filled the entrance, and dark figures poured into the room like shadows with rifles.Ethan reacted before Clara could scream.“DOWN!”He grabbed her and dove behind the long conference table. Victor rolled across the floor, came up on one knee, and threw a blade straight into the helmet of the first attacker. The soldier dropped instantly. The remaining five surged forward, their movements were clean, precise and ruthless.General Rowan’s elite unit.Ethan didn’t need to see their insignia. He recognized their formation from countless missions in his forgotten past….tactics designed to overwhelm targets in seconds.“Victor! Right flank!” Ethan shouted.Victor didn’t hesitate. He charged forward with raw fury, tackling the closest soldier and slamming his head into the wall. Another soldier swung a shock baton at Victor’s ribs. Ethan lu

The Miracle Doctor Chapter 106
The lights in the strategy room flickered softly, casting long shadows across the polished table where Ethan, Victor, and Clara now sat. A storm brewed outside Braxton Tower, the night clouds rolling like a warning, everything felt tense, charged, as if the building itself sensed a shift coming.Ethan leaned forward, elbows on the table, fingers interlocked. His expression was sharp, focused….but beneath it sat something deeper… disappointment, suspicion, and the first hints of dread.Clara knew this wasn’t going to be easy.Victor paced along the far wall, arms crossed, boots echoing sharply against the tile. He never took his eyes off Clara, Not once.“Let’s focus,” Ethan finally said. “We need to figure out who the traitor is. Clara… you know more than you admitted.”Clara swallowed hard, her hands trembled faintly in her lap, but when she lifted her head, her eyes were steady.“Yes,” she said quietly. “And I’m ready to tell you everything I can.”Victor scoffed, rolling his eyes. “Yo
