Vanessa wasn't sure she should call that night. It was 10 pm already. “Huh?" Ethan paused and stared at the gateman who rubbed the back of his neck. He stood a bit farther away from Ethan. “Sir… the area isn't very safe." This got Ethan's attention. He fully turned to meet the nervous gaze of the gateman. “Why did you say that?" Ethan asked. He was concerned because he knew they would spend all night at the company packaging and sending deliveries. “There are thugs in this part of the city, sir." The gateman replied, “That is why we close by 4 pm daily. I cannot secure the employees and the properties here when they come." This put Ethan in deep thought. He wondered if the thugs were the ones who had stolen the parts from the generator and not the general manager or the manager. “Did the former leadership know about this?" Julius introduced the man beside him as a good engineer and can fix almost anything. Ethan turned to one employee and instructed," Show him the trucks at the back.” The employee led the man away with his toolbox. While the two men were leaving, the other employees followed.
