Samuel gulped, staring at Vicky’s figure. She was wearing only tight shorts and a white tube top. Since he was about to apply acupuncture on her back and give her a massage, she had dressed lightly.

Her figure was undeniably alluring, perfectly shaped in every curve. She would have been flawless if not for the dark spots covering her face. Even now, she still wore a black veil to hide them.

Wasting no time, Samuel began the acupuncture. Vicky was lying flat on her stomach so he could work on her back. As he carefully inserted the needles, he subtly infused his qi into her body, releasing toxins and expelling the evil qi trapped within her.

Vi had expected the process to be painful, but surprisingly, it was comfortable and soothing.

"I'm done with the acupuncture," Samuel said softly. "Now it's time for the massage."

He began massaging her back, his movements steady and skilled.

"Mmm…" Vi let out an involuntary moan, her face turning crimson. The massage was so good she felt as if she’d ascended to heaven. How could he be this good? she wondered, flustered.

Samuel ignored her reaction and continued working, focused and unbothered.

After a while, he finally spoke. "I'm done, miss."

Vi’s eyes widened slightly in disappointment.

"So soon? Are you sure you did it properly? Wouldn’t it be better to redo it, just to make sure you didn’t miss anything?" she asked, her tone almost pleading.

The massage had been so heavenly that she didn’t want it to end. She had visited countless high-end spas before, yet none of their massages compared to this.

Samuel gave her a strange look.

"Today’s treatment is over," he said calmly. "I can’t continue any further, or I’d be forcing it with no results. I’ll come tomorrow evening for the second session."

He stood up, preparing to leave.

"Fine," she said, waving at him impatiently. "Make sure you come on time. You can let yourself out; I’m not going to walk you out."

"Ah, before I forget…" Samuel pulled out a small bundle of herbs that looked modest but didn’t even cost a thousand dollars. "Give these to your servants to boil. Drink the concoction morning and night. It’ll help clear the dead cells on your face faster."

Vi took the herbs from him. After Samuel left, she fought the urge to rush to the mirror immediately. Instead, she headed to the bathroom first, feeling sweaty and slightly sticky after the acupuncture.

She washed herself thoroughly, then wrapped herself in a soft pink towel and finally glanced at the mirror.

She froze.

Her eyes widened in shock.

She had expected the treatment to take at least three days before showing any visible effects since it was supposed to span over five to seven sessions. But right now, after just one treatment, the dark spots on her face had already faded by nearly half, and her skin looked noticeably fairer and healthier.

"It’s… it’s really working," she whispered, tears filling her eyes. "He’s not a con artist after all. My face… it can really be restored!"

Tears of joy rolled down her cheeks. For over two years, she had desperately searched for a cure, pouring enormous amounts of her wealth into countless treatments, yet every single one had failed miserably.

And yet today, after just a single session, she was already seeing results.

Meanwhile, Samuel remained oblivious to her discovery. He hurried home, and by the time he reached his compound, it was already late in the evening.

As he approached, he noticed a girl lying on the side of the street. Frowning, he walked over to check on her. Her clothes were torn in places, stained with blood, and her body was covered in small wounds.

He gently turned her over, and when her face was revealed, he froze for a moment.

She was breathtakingly beautiful, dangerously so, with a kind of allure that felt almost devilish.

"Wow…" Samuel muttered under his breath. "This might be the most beautiful girl I’ve seen since arriving in this world."

He crouched down and carefully picked her up. She stirred slightly, muttering weakly.

"Please… don’t take me to the hospital," she whispered, her eyes still tightly shut. "They’ll find me. Please."

Samuel frowned. Why doesn’t she want me to take her to the hospital? he thought. Could she be wanted?

He considered leaving her there since he didn’t want trouble, but his conscience wouldn’t allow it. After a brief hesitation, he decided to take her back to his apartment and tend to her wounds himself.

It was late, and the area was dark. No one saw him as he carried her inside, moving quietly and quickly.

Once inside, he exhaled in relief and headed straight to his room, the only room in the apartment. He laid her carefully on the bed and was about to fetch a first-aid kit when she suddenly grabbed his arm.

Samuel reacted instinctively, but he quickly realized something terrifying: his strength was nothing compared to hers. She easily overwhelmed him. She had to be at least a major realm above him.

What have I gotten myself into? he thought, heart pounding.

"I'm sorry, but I have to do this," she whispered softly.

Before he could react, she drew her lips close and kissed him. His mind almost went blank for a moment as instant pleasure washed over him, but it was quickly replaced by fear. He felt his Yang energy being pulled towards her with overwhelming force.

Terror gripped him as she drained him so fiercely that he thought she might suck him dry.

Desperate, he circulated his cultivation manual, the Primordial Devouring Art, as fast as he could. Suddenly, something unexpected happened. He felt a strange connection form between them.

He wasn’t the only one who sensed it. Her body trembled violently, and she paused briefly before resuming the kiss, this time even more aggressively.

But now things were different. Through the strange link they had formed, a surge of yin energy poured into his body from hers.

It became an exchange of energies, yin and yang, merging in perfect harmony. The sensation was overwhelming and intoxicating. Samuel felt an indescribable ecstasy, as if he were caught in an intimate act. Judging by her trembling body, she was experiencing the same.

After several minutes, she finally broke the kiss looking satisfied. Almost instantly, she fell into a deep sleep, a faint, contented smile curling on her lips.

Samuel watched in shock as her wounds healed rapidly before his eyes until not a single mark remained.

"What's she?" he whispered in shock.

He had read several books about different arts in the crystal space. From what he could recall, this seemed to be related to demonic practices.

I heard an ancient ruin was recently explored, and many of the treasures found will be sold at the auction. Are you interested? We can go together."Samuel thought about it. He didn’t have much money at the moment, but at least he had enough to buy something valuable if the opportunity arose. Besides, this would be his first time attending such an event between cultivators and other supernaturals."Alright, I’ll go," he said finally."Good. I’ll come pick you up at six-thirty," Eric replied."Alright," Samuel said, then began scrolling through his phone. He soon came across an article that caught his attention.> “After Vi’s fallout with Empi

"is this the culprit?" he asked, pointing at the Gu."Yes," Samuel nodded. He cleaned the wound, applied antiseptic, and handed him another pill to take."Now, try to move your energy."Majeed did as instructed. His energy flowed from his dantian through his meridians, reaching every part of his body. He waited for the familiar sensation of his energy being devoured—but nothing happened. He circulated it faster and faster, and after a few runs, he was fully convinced."I'm really grateful to you, Divine Doctor. "This is very important news. I want that map. Where’s Nina? Call her for me," he said, waving his hand."Yes, boss." Salo left and returned shortly with Nina, who was clad in a purple robe. Her choice of attire was unusual."Nina, I want you to do something for me," he said. "It’s something that concerns stealing. Salo will give you the information and coordinates."He turned to Salo. "I understand they are your friends, and you don’t want to do this to them. That’s why I’m sending her. But don’t worry, I will only keep this as a last option. Take ten million dollars and try to bribe them. If they agree and sell the map to you, case closed. But if they refuse, Nina, you must strike immediately and get the map for me.""Yes, boss," Nina said, bowing slightly."As for your strength, the pill will be ready in two days. That means you can restore half of your full strength then. You’ll have to work to regain the rest, but it will now be ninety percent easier than before," he explained."
