Samuel gulped, staring at Vicky’s figure. She was wearing only tight shorts and a white tube top. Since he was about to apply acupuncture on her back and give her a massage, she had dressed lightly.
Her figure was undeniably alluring, perfectly shaped in every curve. She would have been flawless if not for the dark spots covering her face. Even now, she still wore a black veil to hide them.
Wasting no time, Samuel began the acupuncture. Vicky was lying flat on her stomach so he could work on her back. As he carefully inserted the needles, he subtly infused his qi into her body, releasing toxins and expelling the evil qi trapped within her.
Vi had expected the process to be painful, but surprisingly, it was comfortable and soothing.
"I'm done with the acupuncture," Samuel said softly. "Now it's time for the massage."
He began massaging her back, his movements steady and skilled.
"Mmm…" Vi let out an involuntary moan, her face turning crimson. The massage was so good she felt as if she’d ascended to heaven. How could he be this good? she wondered, flustered.
Samuel ignored her reaction and continued working, focused and unbothered.
After a while, he finally spoke. "I'm done, miss."
Vi’s eyes widened slightly in disappointment.
"So soon? Are you sure you did it properly? Wouldn’t it be better to redo it, just to make sure you didn’t miss anything?" she asked, her tone almost pleading.
The massage had been so heavenly that she didn’t want it to end. She had visited countless high-end spas before, yet none of their massages compared to this.
Samuel gave her a strange look.
"Today’s treatment is over," he said calmly. "I can’t continue any further, or I’d be forcing it with no results. I’ll come tomorrow evening for the second session."
He stood up, preparing to leave.
"Fine," she said, waving at him impatiently. "Make sure you come on time. You can let yourself out; I’m not going to walk you out."
"Ah, before I forget…" Samuel pulled out a small bundle of herbs that looked modest but didn’t even cost a thousand dollars. "Give these to your servants to boil. Drink the concoction morning and night. It’ll help clear the dead cells on your face faster."
Vi took the herbs from him. After Samuel left, she fought the urge to rush to the mirror immediately. Instead, she headed to the bathroom first, feeling sweaty and slightly sticky after the acupuncture.
She washed herself thoroughly, then wrapped herself in a soft pink towel and finally glanced at the mirror.
She froze.
Her eyes widened in shock.
She had expected the treatment to take at least three days before showing any visible effects since it was supposed to span over five to seven sessions. But right now, after just one treatment, the dark spots on her face had already faded by nearly half, and her skin looked noticeably fairer and healthier.
"It’s… it’s really working," she whispered, tears filling her eyes. "He’s not a con artist after all. My face… it can really be restored!"
Tears of joy rolled down her cheeks. For over two years, she had desperately searched for a cure, pouring enormous amounts of her wealth into countless treatments, yet every single one had failed miserably.
And yet today, after just a single session, she was already seeing results.
Meanwhile, Samuel remained oblivious to her discovery. He hurried home, and by the time he reached his compound, it was already late in the evening.
As he approached, he noticed a girl lying on the side of the street. Frowning, he walked over to check on her. Her clothes were torn in places, stained with blood, and her body was covered in small wounds.
He gently turned her over, and when her face was revealed, he froze for a moment.
She was breathtakingly beautiful, dangerously so, with a kind of allure that felt almost devilish.
"Wow…" Samuel muttered under his breath. "This might be the most beautiful girl I’ve seen since arriving in this world."
He crouched down and carefully picked her up. She stirred slightly, muttering weakly.
"Please… don’t take me to the hospital," she whispered, her eyes still tightly shut. "They’ll find me. Please."
Samuel frowned. Why doesn’t she want me to take her to the hospital? he thought. Could she be wanted?
He considered leaving her there since he didn’t want trouble, but his conscience wouldn’t allow it. After a brief hesitation, he decided to take her back to his apartment and tend to her wounds himself.
It was late, and the area was dark. No one saw him as he carried her inside, moving quietly and quickly.
Once inside, he exhaled in relief and headed straight to his room, the only room in the apartment. He laid her carefully on the bed and was about to fetch a first-aid kit when she suddenly grabbed his arm.
Samuel reacted instinctively, but he quickly realized something terrifying: his strength was nothing compared to hers. She easily overwhelmed him. She had to be at least a major realm above him.
What have I gotten myself into? he thought, heart pounding.
"I'm sorry, but I have to do this," she whispered softly.
Before he could react, she drew her lips close and kissed him. His mind almost went blank for a moment as instant pleasure washed over him, but it was quickly replaced by fear. He felt his Yang energy being pulled towards her with overwhelming force.
Terror gripped him as she drained him so fiercely that he thought she might suck him dry.
Desperate, he circulated his cultivation manual, the Primordial Devouring Art, as fast as he could. Suddenly, something unexpected happened. He felt a strange connection form between them.
He wasn’t the only one who sensed it. Her body trembled violently, and she paused briefly before resuming the kiss, this time even more aggressively.
But now things were different. Through the strange link they had formed, a surge of yin energy poured into his body from hers.
It became an exchange of energies, yin and yang, merging in perfect harmony. The sensation was overwhelming and intoxicating. Samuel felt an indescribable ecstasy, as if he were caught in an intimate act. Judging by her trembling body, she was experiencing the same.
After several minutes, she finally broke the kiss looking satisfied. Almost instantly, she fell into a deep sleep, a faint, contented smile curling on her lips.
Samuel watched in shock as her wounds healed rapidly before his eyes until not a single mark remained.
"What's she?" he whispered in shock.
He had read several books about different arts in the crystal space. From what he could recall, this seemed to be related to demonic practices.

After the introductions, Samuel sat at the table, and beside him sat his old school friend Jude."You’re a big boss now, Samuel. You even invited the CEO of Cocharis Pharmaceutical Industry. Damn, Samuel, I didn’t realize you were this cool."Samuel smiled but didn’t reply. He took a sip of wine and set his cup down."Have you gotten any admission yet?" he asked."Admission?" Jude scoffed. "I don’t need it. I’ve been learning how to develop games all my life, and after school I opened my own studio."My father supported me with eight hundred thousand dollars, but all we’ve managed to develop are some small arcade games that only make enough money to pay my team. Right now, we’re three hundred thousand dollars in debt, and we haven’t even been open for more than three months." He grunted."You never tried securing funds for a bigger project?" Samuel asked."I did, but no one wants to invest in an eighteen-year-old who just graduated from high school. Everybody is careful with their mon

It was Samuel’s 18th birthday, and it was being hosted at a huge hotel called Wellington. He sent invitations to Christina, Richard, Majeed, Eric, Tony, and his good friend Jude.Cesar, Willows, Nina, Salo, and even the priestess Thesa were invited. Charlotte came with Molly, Kimberly, Lola, Rowland — the former label boss and now the manager — along with a few of the company executives. There was also a surprising guest: Vicky. She had been Samuel’s second client after Tony. Before he left for the Divine Beast Continent, he had asked her sister to help get her out of the trouble with her company and pay the penalty for the breach of contract. After that, she would sign a new contract with them.Vicky had been extremely grateful. The new contract was fair and allowed her a certain amount of freedom. What she could not understand was something else entirely. Why would a label that had only recently been bought over put itself in a situation where it became enemies with a hegemon like E

“Yes, I did, a long time ago. I told her everything without missing a single detail, and she was also happy that you agreed to help me. She told me never to come back to the family, and she had even been asking about you. She wanted to thank you properly, but you had traveled at the time.”Molly explained.“Oh, that’s nice. I’m glad she truly understood the situation. It shows she’s a real mother. No mother would want her child to suffer because of some stupid family issue,” Samuel said, nodding approvingly.“Anyway, I will be going now. I haven’t rested properly since I came back,” he added as he stood up.“Oh, that’s good. You need to rest properly. We will arrange your birthday party. I will send you the invitation cards tomorrow so you can invite your friends,” Charlotte said enthusiastically.Samuel wondered if he was the one having the birthday or if she was. After that, he left with Cesar, who was already waiting outside in the car. Cesar drove him straight home.“Holy moly!”

Charlotte was greatly amused by her expression. She looked like someone who had just discovered a new planet and was eager to explore it. Charlotte decided to lead her on and see where this would go.In reality, she did not know much about Samuel’s relationships with other women. He had always been a squanderer, gambling and clubbing, but he had never brought a woman home. So how was she supposed to know his preferences?“Oh yes.” She nodded seriously. “Samuel likes women who cook a lot.”“Alright. I think I should help Molly in the kitchen. It must be very tough on her. Also, maybe I should pick up a thing or two about cooking. When you travel in the future, I can cook by myself and not starve to death.” She stood up.“This girl. So sneaky,” Charlotte muttered with a smile.Just then, the doorbell rang. Kimberly had already risen to her feet, while Charlotte had just sat down, so Kimberly went ahead to open the door.“Must be Salo or Cesar,” she thought. It would be even better if it

Majeed and Eric were still in shock even after successfully loading the beasts into the cargo."I have never seen an eagle that large. It was a good thing we brought one of the highest-capacity cargo planes, and a heavily modified one at that," Eric said."Indeed, it was quite forward-thinking of us," Majeed replied with a nod."Now what do we do with this lady and the man? Should we keep them in the storage area with the beasts?" Eric asked.Majeed looked at him in disbelief. "Are you insane?""But there is no more space. The plane has only four seats, and two are already taken by the pilots. The other two will be taken by us," Eric reasoned."Alright, here is what will happen. You will stay with the beasts so you can keep an eye on them," Majeed suggested."You must be dreaming. Me, stay with those two beasts? I would rather commit suicide." He folded his arms firmly to show he meant it."Come on. They are not harmful. You saw that yourself," Majeed pressed."That does not mean I sh

Samuel, Nina and Azarath were already prepared to leave. They did not ride on any beast. Their actual mounts were waiting for them outside in the forest. They did not need to take the normal route. With a simple shortcut, they would arrive directly at the forest.Samuel looked back one more time. He truly longed to see her one last time before leaving the Divine Beast Continent.Maxwell sighed. He had come out to see them off. “It is alright, Sam. It is not your fault, and it is not hers either. It's simply fate doing its own thing, hahaha.” He stepped forward and patted Samuel encouragingly on the shoulder.Samuel felt his heart lighten at Maxwell’s words. It truly had not been his fault. He decided not to think about it any longer. They stepped out of the compound.“Wait!”They had not walked far when Samuel paused and turned slowly. It was indeed her. She wore a flowery pink dress that suited her perfectly.A bright smile rested on her beautiful face, the same warm smile she was al
