Since Vincent and everyone has an hour left before the evacuation begins, he went to his own room inside the base to go and check something out. He double tapped his watch, and a tape or film of a camera came out of it. He never had the chance to examine this clip before, but now’s the chance to check it, since it might give him some ideas on how to battle the Council. After a half hour of watching the clip, it has nothing but naked girls in it and nothing seems to be odd. The clip is only a few minutes long, but it has nothing.
