In a bid to advance the clandestine plot of extraterrestrial beings from outer space , an ambitious scientist, Dr. Sigmund Strauss is gifted a powerful weapon which he unleashes on a group of American soldiers stationed at the arid and dangerous frontlines of Kabul.
