This is the new version of my previous story which has the same name. The story will be slow-paced. There isn't much action in the first chapters. Everything in this story is fictional. The names of the people and institutions were made up by me.

The game entails the random picking of one of the inmates, whoever is picked in the ward is immediately executed. Nevertheless, things were bound to change for the hopeless and death-tormented inmates of Boorbunk Bay and the entire terrorism-stryck nation of Dexter Island when a set of entertainers were wrongfully arrested and locked in the prison for killing a politician. With a totally unjust society, insecure country and broken system in view, the future could only seem bleaker. If there had to be a reform, lives were bound to be lost, voices had to be heard, heroes had to arise!!

The novel begins on the last day of 2022 when an information flood enters the minds of everyone, revealing that the world will not remain the same. It is later revealed that the God of Machines, Robert, has merged three universes together after a clash between the God of Magic Nebula and the God of Sword Shiva destroyed their worlds. Robert created a planet named Gor and a system to help people grow and adapt to the new world. However, he died after doing all these things, and people learned that the planet and system are based on the popular MMORPG game "Trials of Fate."

No one came any closer to me since I began to hear voices. It was as if I possessed some kind of aura that attracted everyone, like a field that attracted people. I was either insane or a monster, which I suppose I could be, according to everyone at school. I was able to hear what others were thinking, but no one else seemed to be able to, and some of them remembered me from first grade, when everything first started. I was able to focus better on school because I was isolated, and I loved to do well in school. Since I learned how to silence the voices, at least it had. Before that, I was unable to think in light of the consistent clamor of every other person's brain pounding me constantly.
