He wanted to defend himself, to explain again, but the moment he opened his mouth, Olivia raised a hand. "Don’t say a word, I’m not done. You think you can play the victim forever? My family paid for your therapy, flew you around the world, gave you access to the best doctors, and yet here you are, back with the same damaged spine and still sitting in that chair." She rubbed her forehead. Jason lowered his gaze, disappointed at her reaction but he didn’t talk.
