I'm a proud demon, one over the many Cryos the general do you think I'll let a lowly humans step on my dignity as a demon I'll be a laughing stock If I do that in the demon world" shouted angrily and unleashed all his power to trample the three ants in his eyes but before he could fully unleash his power he was shot by an unknown arrow in the heart, no killing intent, feelings, power, and sound. He was full of shock as to what kind of arrow can have such an ability that even demons couldn't detect it.

As he was thinking, on the other side Zen vomited a mouthful of blood and his eyes were so red like he was turning into a demon himself, as he was also dying for releasing his final ability life for life arrow an arrow that let the user pierce his enemy tirelessly in exchange for the user own life.

"Didn't see that coming did you haha" as he was murmuring to himself and chuckling, his body was deteriorating "looks like I'll see the two of you Seed, Nato haha and I'll see you soon captain Lea and Robert this is the farthest my old body can take, sorry guild master for not having a cup of tea with you again" he closed his eyes with a single tear as he died.

"Enough, be honored human I'll give you a fast death", demon Cryos opened his wings. All his black feathers flew up to the sky, turning into an energy sword.

"This is the skill we demons are proud of hahaha... every feather has the same equivalent of energy of yours. A rank hunter, do you like it, see my thousands of feathers, you will embrace death haha", Cryos laughed as he waved his hand down all the feathers shut down targeting James.

"James kill that demon, I'll take all of his attacks for you, just focus on killing him. I got your back" Tack shouted to James with a smile and shouted again this time it was to the heavens "Shield of Willlll.." the aura wrapping on James increased as he run towards the demon Cryos.

"Wait for me my friend, I will see you all in the afterlife" James murmured to the fallen comrades, family he have been with as he run towards the falling feathers.

The battleground was full of dust explosions when the dust finally settled, James was already in front of Cryos fighting non-stop and bleeding nonstop with the shield of aura. James lost his defense and was also bathing with blood mixed with the demon, but because of Tack taking all the attacks, James was able to pierce another heart of Cryos making the battle powers go down drastically.

"Hahaha, go and do it if you still have the power to do so" James smiled wildly at Cryos anger.

"Nato, Seed, Zen, Tack, this is my final wave with all of you" as James unleashed the sword powers another sound could be heard, and before James could kill Cryos an explosion, and it was coming from the massive gate where a loud bang of energy engulfs James which make James miss the last heart of Cryos and only fatally injuring him

"Noooooooo" James was already in his weak state and couldn't hold the sword anymore and was also, in his dying breath lying on the ground staring at cryos unwilling to die without cryos.

"Hahahahaha, looks like I will live human, what do you all call this aaaah, I remember its called luck right hahaha, you don't have to worry. You five are the first human to injure me. You should be proud haha" Cryos gave a horrifying smile on his face.

An unknown portal was created by Cryos dialect and once Cryos entered the portal it also disappeared like there was nothing there at all. The only evidence that a battle happened was the destroyed area of the city and the body of James, Zen, the pierced body of Tack, and the headless Nato.

Benjamin arrived he felt the aura disappear and could only see his massacred guild members of the elite team's dead bodies. He was in anger not only at himself but the enemy they encountered, but he couldn't do anything because he couldn't feel the enemy's presence he could only grit his teeth.

"I'm sorry for not coming sooner James, Nato, Zen, Tack, and Seed, I will promise to kill that enemy if I find him to avenge you five may you rest in peace my old friends" as he says his farewell words, he bowed and used his magical ability to take the bodies with him but sadly he can't retrieve the body of Seed anymore because there was nobody to take.

As he returned to the base, he called all the team to let them know what was happening and to become more alert to their surroundings. Losing five A-rank hunters really gave them a big hit and weakened the power of their guild, but still, Benjamin needed to stay focused. The massive gate started to shake like a slumbering monster. It started to awaken and was ready to bear its fangs into the world.
