CHAPTER 55

Aya stood and ran out the door to the phone. She needed Jeff’s help. He was the only one that knew what Damon was capable of.

She hung up the phone after Jeff reassured her that he would be there inside of ten minutes. She was grateful he wasn’t upset with her. He didn’t say much on the car ride back from Damon’ and she just dropped him off at his dormitory. He kissed her politely on the cheek, told her he’d see her later and got out. He didn’t even look back when he left. She figured he didn’t want anything to do with her after she misbehaved and embarrassed him in front of Liya. She rushed back to the room and tried to lift Liya by herself no luck. She saw Liya’s head fall back exposing the marks on her neck.
