The Roommate

Alora exited the elevator and ran at Dan who was waiting patiently for her.

"Dan!". She threw her hands in the air.

Dan looked up at her and grinned ears to ears. He knew she got the job. "Oh My God, Alora!". He was surprised to see her so happy.

Alora hugged him tightly and he did the same.

"I knew you'll get the job this time". He said.

Alora pulled away and held his hands. "I'm so happy, Dan"

"I saw that! Everyone's shooting daggers at our direction". Dan looked at the employees in the lobby.

"Forget about them. Do you know why I got this job?". Alora asked.

"I have no idea! Maybe you showed the CEO your fangs and threatened him!". Dan chuc

"No I didn't!". Alora replied. "Everyone else didn't hired me cause I was distracting, this one HIRED me for being distractive".

"How come?". Dan was confused.

"Do you remember the chief guest on Harvey's award ceremony? That young, hot CEO of some other company?".

"Oh yeah! He was interested in you. You didn't even called him, Alora!".
