Chapter 1: The Prince's Rebirth

The Eldravan Empire — Thornreach County

Deep within a long-sealed chamber of the once-glorious House Hanwynn palace...

A sudden scream shattered the silence.

A handsome young man jolted upright, gasping for breath, his eyes wide with terror.

“Where...am I?”

His voice trembled as he scanned the dimly lit room. Ornate, antique furnishings surrounded him—elegant yet unfamiliar. Confusion twisted his expression.

“Wasn’t I dead?”

“What is this place...?”

His name was Kaelen Viremont, and his thoughts were a chaotic storm.

Suddenly—

Buzz!

A torrent of unfamiliar memories surged into his mind, overwhelming and vivid.

He clutched his head as the flood consumed him.

Moments later, his breath steadied. His gaze sharpened.

“I... I’ve been reborn?”

His voice was laced with disbelief. “And it’s... three thousand years in the future?”

He paused, frowning.

“How do I even know that? These memories... they feel alien, yet etched into the core of my soul.”

Once, in another life, Kaelen had been the crown prince of the mighty Empire of Creation, a divine empire that ruled the Spirit Realm with unmatched power.

But his fate had always been cursed. Born under a doomed star, he was shackled by a divine curse—one that condemned him to a short life, far shorter than any mortal’s.

To save him, his father—the revered Emperor of Creation—had ventured alone into the first forbidden zone of life: Above the Firmament. He’d risked everything to retrieve a mythical relic—the Golden Divine Pill, said to grant longevity beyond the sun and moon.

Kaelen still remembered that day— When his father returned, tattered and bloodied, collapsing at the gates of the palace.

“This pill...” his father had whispered, placing it in his son’s trembling hands, “...will let you live as long as the heavens.”

But before hope could bloom— Chaos descended.

Traitors invaded the imperial palace. At the forefront was none other than the most trusted man in the empire—Minister Theron Malgrave.

No one had seen it coming.

Theron , praised for his unwavering loyalty, had betrayed the throne.

The palace was drenched in blood. Despite his father’s unmatched cultivation, he was grievously wounded from his journey through the forbidden zone—and too weak to fend off the rebellion.

In the midst of that devastation, Kaelen was slain.

But in his final moment—

He had swallowed the Golden Divine Pill.

Even in death, he wouldn’t let the sacred relic fall into enemy hands.

Now...

He had awakened in a new world.

Inside the dusty room, Kaelen slowly stood up. He staggered toward a bronze mirror. Staring back at him was a youthful face—different from his past self, but still regal, still proud.

Fragments of the body’s original memories drifted through his mind.

He had been reborn on the Velarion Continent, far from the Spirit Realm. And strangely, there was no trace of the Spirit Realm in these memories.

“Are they two different worlds?” he murmured, eyebrows furrowed. “Or... is this just another realm within the same universe?”

Regardless, one truth blazed in his heart:

He was alive.

“I’ve been given a second chance. That means there’s still hope.”

“three thousand years... everything I once knew might be lost to time.”

“But my enemies may still live—and so might my father.”

His eyes gleamed with burning resolve.

“Theron may have seized the throne, but I swear... he didn’t kill my father. He couldn’t.”

“I will return to the Spirit Realm.”

“And the empire that was stolen from me... I will reclaim it.”

A vow, forged in fire and pain, settled in his soul.

This time, his cursed body was gone.

He had a future. A chance to grow stronger.

And then—

He sensed it.

Floating silently in the depths of his consciousness was the same Golden Divine Pill—untouched, brimming with celestial energy.

It had transcended time with him. It was not just divine—it was destiny.

Kaelen Viremont now lived in a remote part of the Great Eldravan Empire, within Ebonvale Prefecture—an isolated corner of Thornreach County.

In this life, he had been adopted seventeen years ago by the House Hanwynn, a minor martial family with dwindling influence.

Suddenly—

"Hiss!"

A sharp pain flared through his body.

He lifted his robe and winced.

His skin was bruised, covered in old scars—blue, black, purple.

His jaw clenched. He didn’t need memories to know who did this.

The House Hanwyn’s noble sons—spoiled and cruel—had always treated him like dirt.

A servant. A slave. An orphan with no roots.

But now...

“I’ve taken over this life,” he whispered. “From this moment, no one will step on us again.”

He sat cross-legged on the cold floor and began circulating his Creation Divine Technique—a cultivation method passed down from his former life.

Golden energy surged through his meridians—pure, vast, and powerful.

This wasn’t ordinary martial cultivation.

This was divine.

“Father once said this technique holds secrets even he couldn’t unravel...” In this world, the path of cultivation was divided into four foundational martial realms:

True Martial Realm

Spirit Martial Realm

Heaven Martial Realm

Divine Martial Realm

Each realm, a towering mountain, divided into nine grueling stages.

Just then—

The golden pill in Kaelen’s mind began to tremble.

Boom!

A burst of radiant energy exploded from it, flooding directly into his spiritual core.

Boom!

In the blink of an eye, Kaelen broke through—

From an ordinary human…

To the First Stage of the True Martial Realm.

He was stunned.

The pill held more than power.

It held oceans of spiritual energy—vast, endless, and eternal.

But when he tried to probe deeper—

It fell silent once more.

“No doubt about it,” Kaelen breathed. “This isn’t just any relic... it’s the legacy of the heavens.”

He stood tall, strength surging through his limbs.

According to the clan’s rules, now that he had stepped into the True Martial Realm, he was eligible to be recognized at the ancestral hall—and receive cultivation resources from the clan.

But just as he reached for the door—

Boom!

The wooden door exploded inward, fragments flying across the room. Sunlight spilled in through the shattered frame.

Two large, hulking figures stepped in, eyes filled with malice.

One of them sneered, voice dripping with cruelty.

“Little bastard... We finally found you.”
