In an alternate version of the future, the supernatural has manifested and a mysterious energy has been released as a result of a devastating war. Certain humans called Users have mastered use of this energy called the maegen, and after signing up as Wardens in the Maegen Guild, they join the fight against the Anomalies and Entities from the Veil. Half a century later, twin Warden Hunters Reon and Hikaru Rudson are given a new job by the Maegen: to hunt down the Entities that have escaped the Veil. They soon encounter a Rogue Hunter who is being targeted by an underground organization and who is in possession of one of the Entities they were sent after. Their mission begins to derail soon after: protect the girl and the creature, evade enemies from their past and discover the nasty truths behind their world.

The event: an unforeseen cataclysm which wiped out all of life leaving but a fraction… So they say, but I know the truth, even though I'm uncertain of how it really happened. I can't seem to remember much. Compared to when i first awoken, 50 years ago, even if it's a fraction I'd call it progress. Over 200 years has passed since the event and I'm trying to find the answer to how this place came to be. I know it's not going to be easy and you can guarantee I'm going to fall into some unwanted predicaments. My goal: return it to the time before even if it takes destroying this world. To do that i think i have to find the one who cursed me and stole my memories... What i truly am, I'm yet to find out, and how I plunge the world into its current state. Ian Baddwulf's front door when the police conveniently forget to search the nooks and crannies of the forgotten places for the missing and the dead, the people call on Ian Baddwulf to do a bit of snooping now and again. His tendency to sniff out trouble and to stick his nose where it didn't belong have made him an invaluable asset in his profession not including his skills pertaining to his inherited infliction with Lycanthropy.
