His parents house was pretty normal. A normal house for a four person family. It is common. But Aisha and co had never seen anything like that. So they were pretty hyped up. He didn’t waste his time and quickly went upstairs to his room. He told the others to sit in the drawing room. They sat in the drawing room as he went upstairs. He did not expect to find anything but when he opened the door his stuff was there. His books and manga collection were present. So he just took all of them and put them in his storage box. He created a space with infinite storage. He uses it to store things. After that he went downstairs and saw them chatting.

“Well my work is done. What do you girls want to do?”

“I want a full tour. I want to see this fascinating world. It’s too different from our own. So I’d like to see it.” Leah said it. Because she was a wizard, her scholar mind couldn’t stave off the temptation. Akatsuki didn’t say anything. Selene and the others didn’t say anything. So it’s likely that they agreed with Leah.

“Ok. It’s still 3 at noon. Let’s just sit here for another five minutes. Then we’ll leave.” He said. He also sat on the sofa. He looked at the cupboard and saw his photo.

“That’s rare. For my photo to be out.” He said.

Everyone else also looked at it. It was his photo when he enrolled at his high school.

“You look the same as you did then.” Selene said.

“Well I always have been a plain peace loving guy. But why couldn’t I get peace is a big question too?”

He said that in a condescending tone. He was being sarcastic about his life and fate.

“Do you want to ask that girl who destroyed your life?” Selene asked.

“No. I know why she did it. She was just messing around without thinking about the consequences. I knew it the moment I saw her after that incident.” He said.

“You said you died under a train. But you couldn’t have just fallen. Who pushed you?”

Selene didn’t look sharp but she caught on.

“Well that girl had a boyfriend. He was an idiot who was just her pawn. But he took this matter seriously and tried to kill me seriously. And on that day he successfully killed me.” This he said that like he had nothing more to say. Selene was disgusted and Aisha and co were shocked.

“You know who killed you?” Aisha asked.

“Well I knew from the very beginning. I knew that he would pull a stunt like that. But I didn’t even try to prevent it. So I am equally guilty.” He hung his head down.

A moment of silence flowed. But he raised his head and said,

“Hey you guys wanna see my grave? I am quite curious as to what happened to my body after my death.”

“How can you say that like it’s nothing.” Belle spoke up. She was quiet all the time. But she finally spoke up.

“I think it would be great. I am visiting my own grave. How anticlimactic.”

Like this about half an hour passed by. Everyone was discussing about what to do.

“But I don’t know what happened? So how about we ask somebody who does?” He proposed.

“But who?” Aisha asked.

“My sister is going to enter any moment now. So why don’t we ask her. She should know something.” He calmly said.

It was normal. But he was dead to them. So suddenly coming back alive would be a great shock. That’s when the door opened. Someone entered and walked towards the drawing room. A figure could be seen standing at the door. Dumbfounded, she just stared at Akatsuki for a while. He smiled at her.

“It has been a while, Mizuki. How are you?” He casually asked her. She was too shocked. Her face was showing that she couldn’t believe it. And just like that she fainted and fell on the floor. However Akatsuki caught her body.

“Sheesh. Just from this you fainted.” He sighed.

“Anyone would faint if they saw their dead brother alive.” Aisha angrily said.

Akatsuki carried her to her room and laid her on her bed.

“Maybe it was too much for her. We should let her rest. But we can’t leave the house like this.” Selene said.

“Yes. We should look after her until she comes to.” Aisha suggested.

Akatsuki didn’t say anything. They all went downstairs and sat.

“You guys wait here. I’ll go stroll around a bit. Also I have to visit a place.” Akatsuki said.

“Where are you going?” Selene asked.

“My old school. I should pay a visit. It’s summer vacation. But club activities should be running.”

“Well, then go. We’ll watch over.” Aisha said.

He got up and left. After leaving everyone got together and started to talk.

“Isn’t he acting weird?”(a)

“Maybe. But he has always been like that.”(s)

“But why?”(l)

“It’s because he has been alone for too long. In his first life he told us what he experienced. That is way too depressing. In his second life he died in war. So he has come to hate himself and everyone around him.”(s)

“You say war. But which war? In our world, we didn’t fight a war in a long time.”(b)

“The war between humanity and demons. The war which became fairy tale. It was about 4000 years ago.”(s)

“So he died there the second time. But now he’s alive. So what powers did you give him?”(a)

“I gave him the void and immortality with elemental manipulation. He is strong. Strong enough to make even the gods cower in fear.”(s)

“But what is the void?”(a)

“The primordial forge. It was the forge that created everything called chaos. A really strong but chaotic force. But he has the affinity for it. So I gave him the void. But I had no idea that he’d become like this.”(s)

A moment of silence flowed. Everyone was trying to understand it.

Akatsuki was strolling around. He had actually nowhere to go. So he’s walking around aimlessly. He went to the park and sat down. Some kids were playing. He was just watching them from there. No one was out on the street. So it was pretty empty.

But a passerby stopped. He didn’t notice as he was looking at the ground and thinking. The passerby kept staring at him and came near him. Then he looked up for someone had approached him. But he was surprised to see who that was. It was her. The girl who defamed him.

“Yo. It has been a while. How are you, Momoko?” He smiled at her and asked.

But she had utter disbelief on her face. Because who was supposed to have died was sitting right in front of her. She couldn’t answer him. She just kept staring. Totally dumbfounded.

“Don’t give me that look. Your look totally says that I don’t believe you. But I am very much real.” He got up and touched her shoulder.

“See. I am not a ghost or anything like that.”

But due to this she was even more shocked as she failed to comprehend. That’s why she let out a scream and ran away.

“There she goes. Why does everyone keep fainting or end up too scared? Is it because they know I am dead?” He just asked himself that. But no one was nearby so nobody noticed her screaming. He again sat on the bench and kept thinking.

“Akatsuki has been gone for about an hour now.” Leah said.

“Maybe he’ll come back after a while.” Selene said.

But a voice came from upstairs. Someone just screamed like she saw a ghost. They all rushed upstairs to check on his sister Mizuki.

After opening the door,

“Are you okay?” Aisha asked.

She stared at them and said,”Who are you?”

“Oh. Sorry for the late introduction. I am Aisha.”

“But I thought I saw my brother. That’s not possible,right?”

She laughed as to convince herself. But it was different. They answer it.

“It’s complicated than that. He is here but it’s a little difficult to say.” Selene said.

It was awkward to say the least. Because a reported dead person was seen alive. Who was cut into three pieces was seen alive. It’s difficult explain.

“Is he really alive?” She asked.

“No. He most certainly is dead. At least in this world.” Selene said.

“What do you in this world?”(m)

“Ask him. I’ll call him.” Selene said. She closed her eyes and opened it.

“What did you do?” Leah asked.

“I sent him a message. He’s coming.” Selene said.

“But how?”(l)

“Telepathy. We can use it.”(s)

Suddenly, a black hole appeared in the room and he came out. Selene and the girls were startled due to the suddenness. But Mizuki was scared. Because she saw a black thing from which her dead brother came out.

“Oh. You’ve woken up. That’s good.” He said with a sigh of relief.

“Where were you?”(a)

“I was strolling around. Sitting on a park bench and scaring people.” He said with a laugh.

“Anyway, ask what you wanted to ask.”(s)

He looked at Mizuki who was scared out of her wits.

“Mizuki, what happened to me after I died?” He asked.

Mizuki was still afraid but looking at Selene she somehow managed to face him.

“You were buried in the cemetery.”(m)

“Then that’s that. Let’s go. I want to visit myself.” He said.

He was walking out of the room but Mizuki stopped him. She blocked his way and stood.

“I am not letting you leave. Are you alive or dead?” She asked boldly. Her previous fear and confusion was gone. She wanted some straight answers.

“I am both alive and dead.” He gave a deadbeat answer. It was neither true nor a lie.

“Don’t joke with me. Tell me. Are you alive or dead?” She yelled at him.

Selene couldn’t watch this anymore. Knowing him, he won’t give a straight answer. So she intervened.

“He is very much dead in this world. But he is alive in another world.” She tried to explain.

In another world. What’s that?” Mizuki irritatingly looked at her and asked.

“Don’t you watch the anime where someone gets hit by the bus and gets reincarnated. I happen to be one of them. Just that I was pushed in front of a train and was cut in three.” He answered her questions and gave a smirk.

“So you died once and was reborn in another world. It still seems pretty unreal.” Mizuki said. She started to get the picture.

“I died once again. This is my third incarnation.” He said.

“Hoo. Something like that happened.” Mizuki was not surprised. Well she is smart. So she caught on quickly.

“Selene I have a question? Does my immortality work here?” He asked.

“I don’t know. But our powers seem to work just fine. So maybe it does.” She asked.

“Ooo.” He made a sound and the next moment his hand was on the ground. Nobody could see what happened but his hand was cut off and blood was coming out.

“Maybe it works but not as much.” He said with a calm demeanor.

“What the hell did you do?” Aisha asked. She was extremely surprised and almost punched him. Leah and Belle were a bit unnerved by it. Mizuki didn’t faint this time but she closed her eyes. She couldn’t take any gore.

Knowing his sister, he just snapped his fingers and his hand healed. Like it was not even cut. It healed perfectly and the blood disappeared from the floor along with the hand.

“What just happened?” Mizuki asked. But no one else except Akatsuki himself had the answer.
