Revenge Of The Dragon Lord

Chris just returned from prison only to see his wife getting married to Edward Jones, the same man who sent thugs to kill him in jail.

He walked into the banquet and the moment Edward wanted to put the ring in Alice's hand, he yelled "STOP this wedding!"

Everybody turned back and saw Chris! Upon seeing Chris, they couldn't help but Yelp and side talk to each other.

"Was he not the guy who sacrificed himself for his wife?" "He has such audacity to show his face at the wedding reception of the Jones!" "He took the blame for his wife and went to jail, now he is back!"

The side talks were even audible but Chris ignored them. As Chris walked closer to Alice and Edward, they exchanged astonishing looks.

"I thought you killed him in prison?" Alice asked Edward in a low tone. Just when Edward was about to respond, Chris's voice spoke up

"I can't believe you are getting married to Edward Jones, the same man who wants to kill me!"

" I went to prison five years ago because you crawled on your knees, asking me to take the fall of Theft! I did that because I loved you, and I returned, only to see you getting married to Edward!"

"Please, Chris!" Alice said immediately, her face filled with disgust "Today is my special day and I don't want you to ruin it for me! Besides, what happened five years ago ended there. As you can see, I've moved on!"

This was the same woman who crawled on her knees five years ago pleading with Chris to take the blame of stealing. Now, she's acting all ungrateful!

Chris slammed his hand on a table beside him "This marriage won't hold as long as I am around!" He yelled.

"And who are you to make such a declaration?" Edward Jones finally spoke up, stepping closer to Chris "It's obvious why Alice agreed to marry me! It is because she can't spend her life with someone as miserable as you are. When the both of you were married, you couldn't even afford her panties, you were as poor as a church rat, that's why Alice chose me over you, Chris!"

Chris clenched his hands more fiercely as Edward made his statement. It is true that since he got married to Alice, he has been living with her parents and has been their errand boy but Alice never asked him to buy her anything.

Now, Edward is implying that he's the one buying all these for Alice, which means that their relationship has been going on for a long time now!

"Wait..." Chris said in a fading tone "Do you mean to tell me that it's been long you both have been having this affair?"

"No, Chris! It hasn't been long they've been having this affair..." A voice interrupted from behind. Walking forward, it was Katherine, Alice's mother. She was tall and slim, way younger than her age {42}.

"You pervert! You were such a fool to realize that this relationship has been going on for five years now!" Katherine added, her tone mixed with anger and hatred.

"Excuse me!" Chris said immediately and she responded, "This relationship has been going on long since you got married!"

"On the night of your wedding, I drugged you to be deep asleep so that Alice could spend the night with Mr Jones. You slept for two hours without even waking up and they had their beautiful night right before your eyes!"

"I only agreed to this marriage because I thought you had a bright future but Never did I know that your future is as dark as charcoal. This was the reason we planned for Alice to steal the diamond and ask you to take the blame. Do you know why we did that? It's because we want you to be out of our lives as soon as it was possible, hahaha.."

Katherine burst into laughter immediately and the others chuckled. Her statement increased the wrath in Chris's body and he SLAPPED her immediately.

"You are such a useless woman!" Chris added and Alice attempted to slap him immediately but he clutched her hand and slapped her instantly.

"How dare you, Chris?" Edward said angrily, adding "Just wait until I teach you a very great lesson!"

"Guards!" He yelled and two muscled men entered the banquet. "Beat the hell out of this fool and make sure he doesn't survive! Is that taken?"

"Yes, Sir!" They responded and positioned their fists to beat Chris but the moment they wanted to hit him, he grabbed their fists instantly as his body vibrated in action!

He twisted their fists to the extent that their bones broke and their palm became flexible.

Before the men could make further attempts, Chris jumped up and landed on them with a fierce kick which sent them to the banquet door.

As he defeated the men, the guests were left in awe especially Alice and her mother who knew so well that Chris couldn't fight when they were still married.

"How was Chris able to do that?" Alice asked, turning to her mother "He used to be as weak as an ant before he went to jail so why is he so strong now?" She added, taking Chris's memories back to when Edward used to send some men to attack him in prison until one day when he met an old man who told him that he could make him very strong and also reach the pinnacle of life.

Chris wanted to know more and the old man told him that his life would soon end and he needed someone who would replace him as soon as possible. If only Chris agrees, he will teach him the ancient fighting skills of the Dragons and he'll also become the Richest man on earth.

"I agree, let's proceed!" Chris agreed and throughout his five years in jail, he has been practicing MARTIAL ARTS and medicine. Now, he completed his training and he's unpredictably strong.

"I don't care how strong you're, Chris, but I'll make sure you die today!" Edward Jones dragged Chris out of his thoughts. Chris started walking close to him angrily

"What if I kill you right now? What will you do?" Chris said, his anger level increasing persistently.

"You won't dare to do so..." Edward Jones said as he continued stepping back "My father is the CEO of Nawi and Nawi is Linked to the Dragon Group! A phone call and the Dragon Group will be here! You won't be able to survive their wrath!"

Ignoring his words, Chris pulled Edward by his collar and lifted him as if he were a piece of paper!

"Go on, call the Dragon Group " He added and a voice echoed from behind "How dare you touch him? Do you wish to die?"

Everybody looked back and started trembling instantly. They were extremely surprised because the person they just saw was very powerful, merciless, and cruel! She's none other than Rachael Blake, the CEO of Dragon Group, popularly known as Miss Poison!
