Franco stood at the banquet with flowers in his hands as he watched his wife walk to the stage.
He has a very BIG secret he has been keeping from her for four years now and plans to share it with her on this special day but first, he wants her to call him to the stage as her husband before he makes this special announcement to her... "Go, Elena!" Franco cheered up with the hope that Elena would definitely call him up to the stage as her husband. "So, Mrs Froston, can you tell the masses how you managed to win this contract with GLC?" The hostess said as Elena looked down at the guests. The first person she gave an ignorant glare was Franco. "I can't wait to see Elena's face when she learns that I am the person behind all her contracts and all the wealth her family possessed..." Franco whispered to himself, smiling gently at Elena as if he won the lottery. Then, Elena's voice jolted him from his thoughts. "I bagged this contract today by my sincere hard work and dedication to Froston Empire. But I couldn't have done all these without the help of someone..." Hearing this, Franco started smiling! He can't wait to be called Elena's biggest supporter! "The one who has been there for me for three years now. The person who made me experience the true meaning of Love! " "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome on stage, the man behind my smile, Mr..." She said and Franco started walking out. "....Mr Edgar Cayce!" Elena said, and Franco stopped walking immediately. "Edgar?" His lips muttered as he took a look at the stage and saw a man hugging Elena with a smile on his face. He was none other than Edgar Cayce, Elena's ex-boyfriend. But what is he doing here? "What is going on here, Elena?" Franco yelled, clenching the flower in his hands. His statement made everywhere silent as they all looked down to see the Trash talking! "You are very much aware that I am your husband! We've been married for four years now, Elena! You ought to introduce me as your Husband so why are you introducing this man here as your biggest SHOT?" He added hastily but someone gave him an excruciating slap instantly! Turning to his left, it was his mother-in-law, Rita Froston! "You useless live-in boy! How dare you refer to Mr Cayce as a nobody? She yelled at him, pointing her fingers at his face. "If not because of Mr Cayce, you'd have been in the Car Wash, washing a Cheap Car by now!" Rita said, her tone expressing her true definition - LUXURY But she wasn't wrong when she called Franco a live-in Nobody. Four years ago, Michael Froston, Elena's uncle, brought Franco from the street and said he wanted him to be Elena's husband. Ever since then, he has been married to Elena and also living with her in her parents' house. The moment Michael Froston died, they started treating Franco as a slave. Making him do the house chores and even become a Manny to Elena's niece. Out of the whole Froston, Elena treated Franco differently but now, she's introducing another man as her husband. "Listen, Mom..." "Shut up and listen to me!" Rita cut him off instantly! "There is no way you will be ruining this special day! So get your useless ass out of this banquet!" "I'm sorry, Mother, but I refuse to leave here until I reveal to Elena that I've been the one sponsoring all her contracts for the past four years! I've been the one connecting her to many big shots within and outside Otlanto!" Someone threw the ball on Franco's head instantly. He looked and saw Elena. She stepped down, walking towards him with her hands connected with Edgar's. "Did I just hear you say that you've been the one sponsoring all my contracts?" She said and Franco turned to her instantly. "Yes! I've been the one helping you out. I even made Froston Empire fall under the top ten Loyal Corp in Otlanto" Franco said, forwarding the flowers in his hand to her. "Look, I even planned to surprise you with this flower and a dinner at..." Before Franco could complete his utterance, Elena dragged the flowers forcefully from him and threw them away! "I'm done with your nonsense, Franco! I'm not ready for this marriage. I want a Divorce!" She yelled and brought out a document from her purse "These are Divorce papers! I'm ready to live my life with the man I love and no longer interested in staying with you as my husband!" "Sign these divorce papers and leave this banquet right now!"
