Chapter 1
1. The Young Challenger
“Damn it!” the old man, who was covering his head with a cloak, grumbled, “Everyone has been blinded by their power, their leaders, and their corrupt kingdoms. The Demon King will destroy the entire world, and they are cowering in their palaces!”
The two men beside the old man looked up at the hill. Before them stood a boundless army, lit tents, and a terrifying army. The most luxurious tent structure stood in the center; it must be the Demon King's tent.
A great war would cause the destruction of the entire world.
“There's no time to complain, my friends! This is our only chance!” the bearded old man, wielding a cane, and a magician assured his companions.
“Yes, my brothers! This is our sacrifice as legends,” the old man stood, his hand twitching, and a stream of lightning energy enveloped his right hand. “The Demon King is consuming his strongest energy; it is his weakest moment. Perhaps this is our last night!”
The two men sitting there stood up, as the Legend of the Thunder Fist had said. They prepared themselves and smiled at each other.
Time to move!
And that night. A war shook the entire earth. An unimaginable war unfolded. Three legends, against an uncountable army of demons. The booming sound that night was heard across every continent of the world. And that's where the story begins.

Black Lion Sect
A large, imposing sign appeared on the inner gate, beautifully carved in gold, surrounded by four lion pillars. This sign was the inner gate of the sect, while outside was the even larger outer gate.
Crash! Crash! Crash!
The imposing sign shattered into pieces as a Black Lion Sect disciple fell against it.
AAAHHHH!
The man fell among the shattered signs scattered around him. Then, he fainted.
The inner disciples were shocked, and someone ran to the Black Lion Sect Elder's room to report the incident. A burly man, a young man of about 25, dressed in traditional warrior attire, walked calmly after throwing an external student, shattering the signboard.
The man continued walking, resembling a warrior triumphant in every battle. He walked down the steps after entering the inner gate of the school. His steps were slow, the door was already open because it was already midday, and the students were training.
As he descended the steps, several dozen students stared at the young man. They were training, startled, and some stood back in a line. Some of the students ranged in age from 10 to 20. They watched the new arrival and took a stance with their hands.
Step by step, the young man descended, each step akin to a vibration, emanating pressure, making everyone around him feel as if they were under pressure.
A trainer, seeing this, frightened many of his students and became furious.
"Kid! Are you courting death?"
The old, burly man stepped forward and waited for the young man to descend the stairs to the bottom. The man examined the young man from head to toe. His hair flowed back past his shoulders. His build was strong and upright, and he was very calm, yet still looked innocent like most young men.
Someone ran in from outside. The man was an outer disciple and ran in hurriedly. He entered the inner training altar, but when he saw the young man standing opposite the instructor, he was frightened.
"Reporting to the instructor," the new student saluted the teacher.
The instructor nodded and allowed him to continue his report.
"All the external disciples and the instructor are down!"
The instructor immediately understood the situation. He had heard that there was a commotion outside and assumed the people outside had already taken care of it.
"Is this young man the culprit?" the instructor snapped at the still-shaking external disciple.
"Yes, Teacher!"
The instructor immediately put on a sneer. This one kid could defeat all the external disciples? Not bad, the instructor thought. The young man remained silent, staring at the instructor, remaining calm.
"What do you want, kid!"
The instructor immediately snapped. The young man had caused trouble at his school. At least, before he made a scene, he wanted to know what the young man's intentions were.
"Where's the headmaster?"
The instructor grew increasingly irritated, "When you're asked by your parents, you're looking for the headmaster? You reckless brat!"
The instructor's patience was running out. He crossed his fists downwards, took a stance, and lunged with both punches. Kids these days really need to be beaten before they know who they're talking to. The trainer didn't want his school to be embarrassed, especially by an immature youth.
Whoosh!
The trainer's punch struck, but as it approached the young man's face, he pulled back his left fist and launched a powerful right punch. It was the original Lion Fist technique. The Black Lion school, or sect, was a martial arts school that relied on punches imbued with energy and a powerful aura.
The punch this time was so powerful and fast that it could shatter even a tree. A human could die if they didn't protect themselves with a protective energy shield.
A blank punch!
The trainer was shocked, but the young man quickly shook his head to the left just as it nearly hit him. His sharp eyes, pinpointing the direction of the punch in a split second, easily avoided it. His hair was blown back by the energy wave of the punch.
The trainer was momentarily taken aback, and he pulled his punch to the side;at least his arm would be enough to hit his head and cause injury.
Haaaattt!
Another blank punch. The coach saw the young man's evasive movement, who now had his head thrown back, so his punch also missed.
Annoyed, the coach then swung his left fist, but it also missed. The young man calmly dodged. The coach grew increasingly impatient, launching attack after attack, blindly and mercilessly. Energy blasts seemed to bounce and crash into the surrounding students. Everyone there knew that their teacher's energy was explosive.
The young man keenly observed every movement and dodged. However, a few seconds later, as the attacks intensified, the young man's hand retreated, his elbow pulled back. And...
Boom!
The man's hand thrust was swift enough to strike the coach's jaw. The coach didn't realize how fast the attack was. Even with just a palm, he was able to throw him away.

Legend of the Lightning Strike 9. Advanced Protective Magic
"You're lucky this time, at least I still can't trust my cousin, Aaman," Barsha said, lowering her hands again. Barsha turned her gaze forward, where the grand stage for the Heavenly Troops exam was about to begin.Aji simply smiled and didn't respond. He had met many people over the years, and there were already too many who only boasted at the beginning. Back then, he was a legend; even the mere mention of the name "Pekul Lightning" would make many tremble. It was good to be in a young body like this, Aji felt.Perhaps not knowing him was one of his strengths now. Back then, he was always proud of his name, but now he seemed like an ordinary person. And that was quite pleasant.Aji looked at Barsha from behind. Aji smiled slightly. The granddaughter of his best friend was indeed not much different from his old friend, Ganada. Her temperament was always fierce, but they would become good friends if they could match each other in battle. The woman's body was perfect, certainly capable
