The year is 3040, The place is Temple City, a sprawling metropolis in the heart of a vast valley surrounded by sea on one side and desert on another with a mountain range smack on the far end making traveling to the place on whim a difficult venture. Despite being a former vacation spot for the wealthy and powerful, Temple City is not at all a place for the faint of heart. With every step one can find dirty dealings with extensive consequences from seedy night joins, numerous rackets, drug pushing, sextrafficking, and any kind of illicit act one could think of in a place of sin and vice. Like most places, Temple City is home to sinner and saints alike and the saints composed of the working class and the downtrodden always seem to find their way to Det. Ian Baddwulf's front door when the police conveniently forget to search the nooks and crannies of the forgotten places for the missing and the dead, the people call on Ian Baddwulf to do a bit of snooping now and again. His tendency to sniff out trouble and to stick his nose where it didn't belong have made him an invaluable asset in his profession not including his skills pertaining to his inherited infliction with Lycanthropy.

His wood carving shop is in financial trouble and on the verge of bankruptcy when he discovers a mysterious quest that can save the shop and even unlock a superpower for him. Only what he was about to face could easily take his and his loved ones' lives.

The people of the land live in fear and misery because they have to follow all of Azazel's orders and wishes. However, there is a young man named Rizal who has the determination to fight Azazel and restore peace to his country. Rizal learned sorcery from a wise teacher and eventually became a very powerful magician. He leads a resistance movement consisting of people who want to liberate their country from Azazel's rule. Rizal allied himself with resistance groups from all over the world who were determined to fight Azazel. Their struggle was very hard because Azazel had extraordinary strength and a very strong army. However, with their courage and intelligence, Rizal and his allies managed to defeat Azazel in a fierce duel. After Azazel's defeat, Rizal led his country to become a just and prosperous land, where freedom and peace prevailed for all its inhabitants. Likewise with Rizal's allies in countries all over the world. Finally, the world became peaceful again.
