Chapter 1
Nolan could feel a headache forming as he stared at the list of expenses his girlfriend’s mother handed to him.
”$2,000 for the engagement party… $4,000 for family gifts… $10,000 for the wedding ceremony… $5,000 for more gifts… and $7,000 for the honeymoon.” The numbers blurred together and his heart sank He had met his girlfriend in school, and he loved her deeply. Getting married to her had always been his biggest dream and he looked forward to it every single day. But now that the day was finally approaching, his dream was slowly turning into a nightmare. The cost of the wedding was beyond what he had imagined. He had already calculated over $100,000 and the list kept growing. As someone who had struggled financially all his life, barely getting by, this was overwhelming. His parents had died when he was young, and since then, he had lived with his aunt, who now sat beside him, her face filled with worry and sadness. “Can we try to do just a small wedding?” his aunt asked gently, looking at Nolan’s girlfriend’s mother, Mrs Whitmore. “Something simple, just with both families. If we can do that, we’ll spend a lot less…” “I will never accept such a thing!” Mrs. Whitmore snapped, cutting her off sharply. “A small wedding? For my daughter? That’s impossible! I don’t think you understand what you’re saying and clearly, you’re not ready for this marriage.” “Those things on the list aren’t even everything,” she continued, her voice filled with anger. “Those are just the starters. I haven’t included the house, the car… and let’s not even talk about your bank statement. If you don’t have a certain amount in your account, you’re not marrying my daughter.” She folded her arms and looked Nolan up and down with clear disapproval. “I just gave you a small list with barely any expenses, and you’re already complaining?” Nolan’s aunt shifted uncomfortably beside him, but Nolan spoke up, trying to stay calm. “I was actually planning to talk about the house with you. That’s why I think we should cut out a few things that aren’t really necessary. Savannah and I can manage without a big wedding or a honeymoon.” “Enough! I’ve heard enough!” Mrs. Whitmore stood up, her voice rising. She turned fully to face Nolan, her expression cold. “This is why I was never in support of you dating my daughter in the first place. I knew something like this would happen. With your family’s condition, your lack of a stable job, how do you expect to take care of her when you get married? You don’t even have a car or a house of your own, and yet you want to marry? You must be dreaming!” “I… the thing is…” Nolan stuttered as he tried to explain himself. “Save your silly explanations, I’m not interested,” she snapped again. “Since you’re so poor that you can’t even afford the wedding costs, then stop wasting my time or my daughter’s time. She’s not deaf or dumb, no broken body parts and also, she’s a very beautiful girl. Men chase after her left and right. She’ll find someone who’s better for her. Someone who deserves her. And it’s definitely not you.” From the very beginning, when Savannah, Nolan’s girlfriend, introduced Nolan to her mother, She never liked him. He had shown up wearing clothes so old they were almost falling apart. And worse, he rode a bicycle to visit. A bicycle. In this age? Mrs. Whitmore had been deeply embarrassed and ashamed that her daughter could even consider dating someone like him. “Things are definitely going to get better,” Nolan said quietly. “I just need…” “Oh, please! Spare me the excuses,” Mrs. Whitmore said, cutting him off. “I won’t let some dog become part of my family. I won’t let you ruin our reputation. Get out of my house immediately, you good-for-nothing, shameless thing!” Before Nolan could respond, Mrs. Whitmore had already called for security to throw him and his aunt out of the house. His aunt stood frozen, too stunned to speak. She never imagined they’d be treated like that. “I’m so sorry about this, Aunty,” Nolan said softly, his eyes fixed on the floor. He couldn’t bring himself to meet her gaze. “I’ll meet you at home later… There’s somewhere I need to be.” He turned and walked off quickly. The moment he was out of sight, he pulled out his phone and called Savannah. “Savannah, please,” he said the moment she picked up. “Help me talk to your mum. Apologize to her for me. Tell her I’ll find a way to get all the money needed for the wedding. I’ll handle everything, I just need some time.” There was a pause… and then Savannah replied coldly “There won’t be any need for that. You don’t have to worry.” “What do you mean by that?” Nolan asked, confused. “It’s very clear you don’t love me anymore,” Savannah said, her voice flat. “You really don’t care about me.” “What are you saying, Savannah?” Nolan asked, his heart pounding. “You of all people know how crazy I am about you. Without a doubt.” “You’re all talk, Nolan. Just words, no action,” she replied sharply. “The list my mother gave you was small, and the money wasn’t even that much. But you’re already complaining and trying to cut costs. Am I not worth spending money on?” Nolan wiped the sweat from his forehead. He was starting to feel light-headed. “You’re worth more than any amount of money,” he said softly. “But right now, things are just really hard. I’m trying.” “What about that land you told me about last month?” Savannah asked. “If you sell it, you can afford everything for the wedding and more. If I really matter to you, why are you hesitating?” “I told you already,” Nolan said, trying to stay calm. “That land doesn’t belong to me. It’s the only property my aunt and her husband have. I can’t just take it from them. That’s their future.” Savannah went silent for a moment, and then her voice turned bitter. “All you care about is your aunt and her husband. It’s obvious I mean nothing to you.” Nolan opened his mouth, but no words came out. “I can’t do this anymore,” she said coldly. “This was your last chance and you still messed it up.” “Don’t ever contact me again. You pathetic fool. It’s over between us.” The line went dead.Expand

The moment Damien said that, everyone paused. Savannah turned back slowly, staring at Damien like he had just said the most ridiculous thing ever. Ginny’s mouth dropped open a little, her eyes darting between Nolan and Damien. She couldn’t believe what she was hearing.“Are you serious right now?” Dora asked, her tone filled with disbelief. “ You’re inviting Nolan? To Ginny’s birthday party? Damien, are you feeling okay?”Damien smiled. “I’m serious. It’s her birthday, and birthdays are supposed to be about fun, right? Why not let him join? Maybe he’s not as bad as everyone thinks.”Savannah rolled her eyes. “Or maybe you’re just trying to make things awkward for everyone,” she snapped. “Because there’s no way Nolan is joining this party. The girls were clearly not interested in Nolan joining them for the party, and Jett was about to say there was no way Nolan was stepping into that place when he caught a certain look on Damien’s face. It didn’t take him long to figure it out. Damien

Nolan Lancaster: Rejected, Revenged, And Richer Than Ever Chapter 223
Nolan was holding the document that had the orphanage’s name clearly written on it, along with the official stamp showing that he donated the highest amount of money. It was folded and carefully placed inside a white envelope, and that was what he had been holding all along. He didn’t even realize that Dora’s attention had shifted to his hand and the moment she pointed it out, he instantly moved the envelope behind his back and cleared his throat.“I don’t see how what I’m holding is any of your business,” he replied with irritation in his tone.Dora raised a brow and crossed her arms. “Oh really? Now you’re hiding it, and that just makes me even more curious about what’s inside.”She took a step forward, trying to peek at it, and when that didn’t work, she stretched her hand out like she was about to snatch it from him.“Can you please not come any closer?” Nolan said, stepping back quickly, his voice louder now. “I see no reason why you should intrude on my privacy.”But that only

Nolan Lancaster: Rejected, Revenged, And Richer Than Ever Chapter 222
Nolan let out a deep sigh as he stared at the girls standing in front of him. The night had gone so well that he couldn’t believe it was ending like this. Of all the people he could’ve run into, it just had to be Savannah and her friends. It almost felt like life was playing a cruel joke on him. He had gone through the whole night, enjoying himself even though it started ugly with Claire acting stupid but he still managed to stay calm only for the last few minutes to bring him face to face with the last people he wanted to see.Ginny’s party should’ve ended hours ago, but things had dragged longer than expected because the boys didn’t show up early. Most of the girls had stayed behind waiting for them, and with Jett and his friends missing for a long time, everyone knew the party wouldn’t really start until they arrived. They were the so-called big boys of the school, who always made sure everyone noticed them and also without them, the party was boring to most people and when they f

Some people in the crowd nodded their heads slowly, seeing sense in what Fred was saying. It was true that no one really knew Nolan and for a first-time donor to just show up and drop twenty-five million dollars, it was absolutely insane. The host holding the stamp placed it down on the table and turned to Nolan. “Mr. Nolan, no offense intended, but what Mr. Fred said is true. We can’t just stamp this yet and we need to be sure you’re authentic. Is there a way you can prove that to us?”“Of course,” Nolan said with a smile, sounding confident. “I came prepared, and I wouldn’t just say what I don’t mean. I have my card here, and if there’s an account I’m supposed to transfer the money to, please give it to me.” He pulled out both his card and his phone, sliding them across his table slightly to get the man’s attention. The man signaled to an usher, who immediately brought over the account number where Nolan was supposed to send the money. He wa;lked up to Nolan and handed it to him.

Nolan Lancaster: Rejected, Revenged, And Richer Than Ever Chapter 220
Fred faced Nolan with a dark glare, his jaw tight as he yelled that he would donate eleven million dollars. His voice was loud through the room, filled with anger and pride. He hated the fact that Nolan had tried to outshine him. He couldn’t stand the thought that someone like Nolan, who he didn’t even recognize from their circle, would dare to compete with him publicly, especially on something involving money.Fred didn’t see Nolan as a man worthy of being in the same category as him, not to talk of challenging him in front of everyone. He was furious that Nolan had even made such a bold move. To Fred, donating was not just about generosity, it was about status, pride, and power. And he was determined to make sure he remained at the top. Losing his position as the biggest donor would be humiliating. His name carried weight in that city, and people respected him for his wealth. There was no way he would let someone like Nolan embarrass him.“Wow! Mr. Fred just said he would donate ele

The man at the podium smiled nervously and nodded. “Mr. Fred has offered to donate two million dollars to the orphanage,” he announced. “His name will be sent to the twins as one of the biggest donors for tonight.”He looked back at the audience and asked, “Is there anyone else willing to donate more before I stamp it down?”Everyone looked at one another, but no one dared to speak or raise a hand. Fred was grinning proudly, tapping his fingers lightly on the table, humming to himself and celebrating his win.The man waited a few seconds more, scanning the crowd carefully to see if anyone else would raise a hand, but nobody did. Some people looked around, whispering quietly to their table partners, while others just sat back and accepted that Fred had won the richest donator for the first round. Fred let out an impatient sigh, rolling his eyes. “Oh, please, can we wrap it up now?” he said, his voice loud and irritated. “Nobody is willing to donate more, so why are you dragging it o
