[Divorce + Hidden Identity + Face-slapping + CEO] For three years, Lucas washed clothes, cooked meals, and served the Carter family like a servant, hiding his identity as the sole heir to the world's richest banking family. He did it all for his wife, Lily. But on their third anniversary, instead of a "Thank You," he received a Divorce Paper. Lily sneered: "Lucas, you are just a useless man. I am now a manager, and you are still trash. We are in different worlds. Sign it, and get out." Lucas signed with a broken heart. But the moment he walked out of the Civil Affairs Bureau, a fleet of Rolls-Royces stopped in front of him. An old butler bowed: "Young Master, the strict training period is over. Please come home and inherit the Empire." ... Three days later, at a billionaire's banquet. Lily looked at the man standing on the stage, being worshipped by kings and presidents. He looked exactly like her ex-husband. She knelt down, crying: "Lucas, I was wrong! Please take me back!" Lucas looked at her coldly, holding a beautiful CEO in his arms: "Who are you? Security, throw this crazy woman out."

Chapter 1: The Humiliating Anniversary

"Lucas, the soup is too salty! Are you trying to kill me?"

"And look at the floor! There is a speck of dust here. What do you do at home all day? You are useless!"

In the dining room of the Carter family villa, a middle-aged woman was screaming at a young man wearing an apron.

This was Lucas's mother-in-law, Karen.

Lucas lowered his head, his hands red from washing dishes in cold water. "Mom, I'm sorry. I'll clean it again."

"Don't call me Mom!" Karen sneered. "I don't have a son-in-law like you. You are just a freeloader who lives off my daughter!"

Lucas stayed silent. He was used to this.

For three years, he had been the live-in son-in-law of the Carter family. He woke up at 5 AM to buy groceries, cooked every meal, and cleaned every corner of the house. He served them like a dog.

Why? Because he loved his wife, Lily Carter.

Today was their 3rd Wedding Anniversary. Lucas had prepared a candlelit dinner, hoping to celebrate with Lily.

Click.

The front door opened. Lily walked in.

She was wearing a sharp business suit, looking beautiful and exhausted. But her expression was cold as ice.

"Lily, you're back!" Lucas wiped his hands and smiled warmly. "Happy Anniversary! I cooked your favorite steak..."

"Lucas, sit down," Lily interrupted him. She didn't even look at the food. "I have something to tell you."

The atmosphere in the room suddenly dropped to freezing point.

Lily pulled out a document from her Hermes bag and threw it onto the table.

[Divorce Agreement]

The bold black title stabbed Lucas's eyes.

"Divorce?" Lucas froze. "Lily, is this a joke? Today is our anniversary..."

"I am not joking," Lily crossed her arms, looking at him with disappointment. "Lucas, look at yourself. You are wearing a $10 T-shirt. You smell like kitchen oil. You have no job, no ambition, and no money."

"And me?" Lily lifted her chin proudly. "I was just promoted to the General Manager of the Wilson Group today. My annual salary is now one million dollars."

"We are people from different worlds now."

Karen, the mother-in-law, laughed mockingly. "Exactly! My daughter is a phoenix! She needs a husband who can help her career, not a loser who only knows how to mop the floor! Lucas, if you have any shame, sign it and get out!"

Lucas looked at the woman he had loved for three years.

"Lily," Lucas asked calmly, his voice slightly hoarse. "Is this your final decision? Just because you got promoted, you want to kick me out?"

"It's not just about the promotion," Lily sighed, as if talking to a child. "It's about reality. Lucas, you are a good man, but you are useless. I want to climb to the upper class. You... you will only drag me down."

"Besides," Lily hesitated, then said coldly, "Young Master Robert from the Blackwood Family is pursuing me. He can bring the Carter family a 10 million dollar contract. Can you do that?"

Lucas chuckled. A bitter, self-deprecating chuckle.

So that was it. She found a better option.

Three years of devotion. Three years of hiding his identity as the heir to the Trillionaire King Family just to pass the "Family Training Test" and find true love.

Turns out, "True Love" was just a joke in the face of money.

"Okay," Lucas picked up the pen.

His hand didn't tremble. His eyes, previously gentle, turned profound and indifferent.

"You said I drag you down. You said I am useless."

Lucas signed his name—Lucas King—on the paper with a flourish.

"I hope you don't regret this, Lily."

Lucas stood up, took off his apron, and threw it on the floor. He didn't pack any luggage. He owned nothing in this house anyway.

"Regret?" Lily laughed, shaking her head. "The only thing I regret is wasting three years with a loser like you."

"Get out! Don't dirty my floor!" Karen shouted.

Lucas walked to the door. He paused for a second, looking back at the magnificent villa that felt like a cage.

Then, he walked out into the cold night without looking back.

The moment the door closed behind him, a sleek black shadow glided silently from the street corner.

It was a Rolls-Royce Phantom.

An old man in a tuxedo stepped out, tears in his eyes. He bowed deeply toward the shabby-looking Lucas.

"Young Master! The three-year period is over! The Family has been waiting for your return!"
